Building Pathways works in partnership with FC Arizona..... A youth non-profit soccer club located in Chandler, Arizona. Building Pathways was established in conjunction with FC Arizona to serve youth beyond the field and support the needs of youth regarding mental health, healthy living, and leadership skill development. Soccer will be used a vehicle to breakthrough and support mental health issues.

Jamie Landreman is an accomplished entrepreneur and philanthropist; he serves as the President of Building Pathways and is the President at FC Arizona. Jamie is also the Owner and CEO of Classic Pools and Landscape Design Firm, one of Arizona’s prestigious landscape design and install firms for the last 12 years. Jamie is also an owning partner of Men’s Ultimate Grooming salons, with seven new salon openings since first starting in January of 2004. His latest undertaking is Next Level Soccer, a one-of-a-kind indoor training facility designed to educate, structure, and raise the level of play of young athletes.
Building Pathways will hold twelve, one-day Building Pathways Institutes Cohort Meetings within Maricopa County, live streaming all these meetings so that they are accessible via the Build your Tribe technology platform for access to a broader audience across the service area. These institutes will provide on the ground human development training for low-income and minority youth and young adults. They will end with one-on-one coaching and counseling.
Following Building Pathways Institutes, youth will be connected to a Counseling Specialist if needed and coaching services. This will include connecting youth with available resources locally, regionally, and nationally, as well as providing ongoing health coaching.
The Build your Tribe online resource directory includes training tips, chat rooms, networking, employment and connections to available counselors or mentors. Build your Tribe also offers a fully interactive video training library designed for development as well as access to videos of sessions, webinars and trainings. In time, this platform will be converted to an app that will be user friendly for youth ages 11-30.
Building Pathways will connect youth to available scholarships to continue in the game of soccer. Mentors and coaches will also be willing to provide resources for graduating high school seniors to college scholarship programs.
Building Pathways will utilize contracted marketing and outreach services to identify and attract all youth and young adults ages 11-30 with the focus on minority and low-income groups. All Twelve of the institutes will also be available via live streaming and archived video to reach clients who are not able to attend in person. Building Pathways will recruit high quality, professional trainers for each institute.
Appropriate counselors, coaches, health, and wellness experts will also be invited to speak as resources.
The Cross Training Leaders Program is a whole-body training program that empowers young women and men with resource support to improve coping strategies, decision making, while allowing them to move forward with a "tackle life" mindset and sense of self.
